We are based in France but we are happy to work worldwide.

Rates will depend on the type of project, length, deadlines, etc. Please, send us an email to hello@algiastudio.com, we promise to answer fast.

In Algia Studio, we don’t have a limit of revisions. We trust in our quality work and prioritise that you are happy with the final results. That is why, revisions are already included in the price. Most of our projects are signed off after 1 or 2 revisions, except for campaigns where there are usually more tests on the client’s side.

We believe that our work speaks for itself through all our selected work. However, in some cases we could provide a one image trial, depending on the project. Please, contact us to discuss about it.

Discounts are already contemplated in our quotes, when evaluating the scale of the project.

For new clients, we accept 50% deposit in advance, and the rest within 3 days of the delivery date. If you become a regular client, we are happy to skip the deposit part.

We are quite flexible on this one. We accept direct transfer, credit/debit card and PayPal.

You can send us your images via email to algiastudio@gmail.com with a link from your preference platform: Wetransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.

If we are working colour together, then RAW. For most projects, tiff is great. Lastly, for ecommerce, jpg is accepted due to the large volume.

ETA will depend on the amount of images and the difficulty of the project. If you already have a deadline, don’t forget to include it in your email. We will try to make it work.

Yes, we can discuss the project and your extra fast deadline (24h).

That would be great! It’s a win-win when you book your retouching services in advance: we both get more organised, and this creates peace of mind. You don’t need to have the exact number of images, we can work on estimates.

Don’t worry, we won’t publish anything without your permission.

No, we don’t have any requirements regarding quantity. However, for e-commerce projects, please consider booking in advance.

We deliver in tiff or high resolution jpg, according to your needs. TIFF is more recommended if the images are for printing (print lookbooks, magazines). JPG is more used for Web (e-commerce, social media). 
We are happy to send psds any time.  

Sometimes things don’t go as we planned and unfortunately this can happen. If it’s the first time we work together, we regret to inform that we can’t give you the deposit back. However, if you are a regular client we will see were we are at, and how advanced is the project on our side. A full cancellation is possible if we haven’t started yet.
